DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Solution Business Analyst to join a rapidly growing project.

Solution Business Analyst will facilitate and support the Product Owner on building and managing the backlog of solution requirements in a way that ensures that the desired outcomes and benefits are achieved. They are responsible of decomposing high level solution agnostic business themes, epics and requirements into technical artifacts and User Stories that can be implemented and tested by the engineering delivery squad. The role frequently acts as a shadow PO and will facilitate the estimation of work through Agile Ceremonies with the engineering squads to support Product Owners on building delivery roadmaps.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Be the main point of contact with Product Managers in order to elicit, analyze, and validate complex business requirements for the software we’re building
• Manage data integration of disparate systems
• Study data sources and data models
• Keep documentation of technical requirements in the interface context
• Work with Analysts and Business Users to convert specifications into technical designs
• Build intensive data acquisition and integration solutions in line with business requirements
• Conduct field level mapping of interfaces, mapping/transformation rules and testing of interfaces
• Ensure high quality and optimum performance of data integration systems
• Optimize data integration platform for increasing data volumes
• Conduct subsequent maintenance and evolution of integrations

REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years’ experience as a BA on IT projects 
• Advanced communication skills, which include: active listening, ability to efficiently communicate with people with different background and cultural differences, ability to ask proper questions and get information needed
• Experience in Agile framework (SCRUM)
• Enough technical background to be able to easily cope with complex legacy back-end functionality
• Leadership and proactivity, emotional intellect, ability to work in unstructured environment
• Upper-Intermediate or higher English level, both spoken and written (B2+)
