UX researcher

Responsibilities:

• Define research needs;
• Determine research methods;
• Create UX research plans;
• Facilitate UX research sessions;
• Collect and process research data;
• Present research data to product team;
• Goal prioritization and planning;
• Incorporate UX learnings into design decisions;
• Implement new designs;
• Refine and improve existing user experience;
• Communicate with stakeholders and create problem statements;
• Participate in design workshops to generate solutions;
• Create wireframes and prototypes;
• Test new ideas;
• Conduct an ongoing user research and feedback collection;
• Collaborate with developers and product owners to ensure flawless implementation.

Requirements:

• 3+ years experience in UI/UX research;
• Self-Starter, entrepreneurial mindset;
• Desire to help other team members, empathy to users;
• Active problems solving, сritical thinking (question everything);
• Team player with positive attitude.

Must have:

• Hypotheses creation and validation using different methods;
• Research plan creation according to product goals;
• UX Research (generating and validating);
• Lean validation;
• Customer Journey Map;
• Interviews preparation and facilitation, Surveys;
• Usability tests, A/B tests;
• Working with analytics;
• Other research methods and techniques.

UX skills: Wireframing, Prototyping, User Flows, Human-centered design, Interaction Design.

Nice to have: Understanding of coding principles, understanding of iOS and Android design guidelines.

Software stack:

• Miro, Lucidchart or similar; Google G-Suite; 
• InVision prototyping;
• SurveyMonkey, Typeform or similar;
• Smartlook, UXCam or similar.
• Bonus points for: Sketch.
