DESCRIPTION

Our client is one of the world's leading communications services companies. It was established in 1980. It is the largest mobile network operator in the UK, with more than 30 million customers and the largest operator of 4G services in Europe.

Currently, we are looking for a Business Analyst for E-Commerce related programs. Our perfect candidate possesses expert level knowledge of agile, strong in digital and e-commerce.

Platforms include but not limited to: Hyrbis, AEM, Java custom.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Communication with client, customer' expectations management
• Proactively interact with other teams in order to share knowledge and expertise
• Conduct UX designs reviews
• Analysis of as-is processes, identifying gaps and areas for improvement
• Design to-be business processes, perform impact & feasibility analysis of the requirements
• CRs management
• Project scope prioritization between sprints
• Daily sync-up meetings with the customer, project management and streams
• Regular status reporting
• Demo conducting
• Business consulting on SAP Commerce technologies if needed

REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years’ experience in business analyses 
• At least 2 years’ experience in Agile Products, especially Digital Products (web or mobile applications)
• Skills in Requirements management systems
• Strong record of initiative-taking and leadership in a work setting and/or extracurricular activities
• Experience in CRs management
• Upper-Intermediate English level, both spoken and written (B2+)
