We are looking for an experienced project manager with sales experience and excellent communication skills. You will work closely with US and European companies, building partnerships with the clients. We are 25 years experienced developers with a focus on developing Custom Solutions that include Web Applications, Mobile applications, Websites, and Custom Web Solutions for business needs.
This role requires a solid professional background in IT sales within a software delivery environment.
Responsibilities
Build relationship with new clients/prospects
Proven ability to deal with prospects (at Owner/VP/Director level), and close the deals with small or large enterprises;
Ability to grow, develop and maintain a personal relationship with a network of potential customers;
Ability to build long-term relationships with clients, experience in selling additional services;
Ability to operate efficiently in remote context, as a part of international, geographically distributed team;
Good understanding and experience of usage for modern B2B sales techniques: from lead generation to negotiation and post-sales account development;
Performing technical interviews. Taking part in technical meetups, conferences as a speaker on behalf of the company
Required Skills
At least 1 years of experience in IT project management;
English — upper intermediate (spoken and written) and higher;
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills;
Knowledge of project management principles, concepts and practices;
Knowledge of project management methodologies;
Ability to analyze information, evaluate results to choose the best solution and solve problems;
Goal oriented mindset;
Technical background: development / design / QA expertise;
Web & mobile development (iOS, Android) development cycle knowledge;
General knowledge of Agile practices (Scrum, Kanban);
Understanding of web/mobile development lifecycle, project planning;
Experience working with worldwide market (US, EU customers);
Good at team motivation and problem-solving;
Tolerance to critical and stressful situations;

The lead generation department generates all leads, all clients are warm and no cold calling.
