ENESTECH develops a B2B SaaS software for esports businesses with headquarters in Kyiv.

The core product is called SENET - a cloud based solution, management software for PC console-based gaming arenas. Senet is used by 1800+ gaming centers in over 58+ countries worldwide.

Our solution helps automate the process, simplify accounting for finances, optimize staff time, establish communication with customers and increase profits. Our development team regularly updates the software and improves it in accordance with the latest technologies and trends.

About the role:

During the last few years we have shown great successes moving towards new markets while making sure that a proper on-sight integration at its highest level. Now we are expanding and looking for n Customer Integration Specialist with strong/native Vietnamese language.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide onboarding calls for customers and support in chats.
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information to the customer by using the right methods/tools.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives.
  • Solve technical issues of users that arise during the use of the software.
  • Demonstrate software updates to current and new customers (through TeamViewer/call/chat).

Our candidate should have:

  • Computer knowledge as an “advanced user”.
  • Vietnamese - fluent (native).
  • Ukrainian/Russian - fluent (native) + English - Advanced+ OR just fluent English.
  • Strong oral contact handling skills with active listening skills.
  • Customer orientation ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
  • Desire to learn, ask, and develop.
