Geberit Trading LLC is happy to announce a new vacant position in our administrative department. The job opportunities we offer might be interesting for those, who are at the very beginning of their career path, as well as for the experienced ones. 

Our successful candidate is a proactive, diligent person with great organizational skills and a desire to learn.  

Responsibilities:

  1.  To provide administrative support to the Managing director in all administrative issues, including but not limited to travel and appointments arrangement, proofreading and translation, creating presentations, reporting, communication with the Headquarters, etc.
  2. To perform receptionist duties: greet visitors, and answer and direct phone calls, emails, etc. To ensure proper document flow inside the company and with external partners.
  3. Office supplies and equipment procurement.
  4. To assist with office equipment repairs planning and office moves, and with managing and maintaining IT infrastructure and equipment.
  5. To coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, car rental reservations, etc. 
  6. To Liaise and cooperate with facility management vendors, cleaning companies, courier services, IT, etc.
  7. To plan and organize in-house or off-site activities (corporate events, meetings, and conferences).

Requirements: 

  • Ukrainian and Russian both written and verbal is obligatory.
  • English - Upper-Intermediate+.
  • Confident PC user. MS Office package proficiency will be an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Work experience is not necessary.
