We are Redtag - a software and retail hardware studio.
We are growing and we need help finding candidates.
Your main tasks:
- Work with the heads of directions and formation of the hiring plan;
- Forming requirements and writing texts of vacancies that will be read;)
- Dissemination of information about the company's vacancies in various search networks, processing the incoming flow of candidates and the implementation of active search in the market;
- Resume work, pre-selection, interviews;
- Maintaining a database of candidates, collecting and analyzing statistics, generating reports;
- Analysis of various sources for finding and attracting candidates;
- Salary market analysis;
We are looking for someone who:
- has experience in recruiting (+ is: Salesforce developers search experience);
- has B2 English level;
- loves and knows how to work with people;
- is able to systematically assess the soft skills of candidates;
- will keep in touch with the candidates and do not leave them unanswered - will take care of the company's reputation in the market;
- will build relationships with candidates, because if not this vacancy and not right now - we can return to it in a year;
- competently and clearly expresses his thoughts, both orally and in writing;
- has experience in conducting a full recruitment cycle: from the collection of vacancy requirements to the first working day of the employee;
- will be able to teach managers to be the best interviewers;
- a person who loves his job and has a desire to develop in recruiting;
