Qualifications and Skills:
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment and HR, a good understanding of key recruitment processes;
- Proven experience in hiring personnel, especially in the field of IT and Marketing;
- Professional experience in IT company or Marketing/Web agency will be a plus;
- Upper-Intermediate English;
- Proactive approach, ability to create internal processes and policies for the company’s sustainable development
- Being able to manage and support all recruitment & HR processes of a startup company (25-30 people)
Duties and responsibilities:
- Manage an end-to-end recruitment process from writing job specifications and assisting in salary decisions through to sending offer contracts;
- Provide full cycle of HR service to the teams (1:1, 360);
- Participate in HR processes automation;
- Managing corporate events and team-building activities.
- Cooperation with Accountant regarding employees’ payrolls calculation;
