Edible Brands Ukraine is searching for a self-motivated and fast-learning teammate to lead our Ukrainian HR department in a fast-growing Technology and Retail company. Edible Brands Ukraine is a technological and R’n’D center located in Kyiv. Right now we have the plan to develop our own retail in Ukraine. Our parent company is Edible Arrangements which is the leader in the American franchise market. Edible was founded in 1999 based on a deliciously different idea: a fruit bouquet. Since then, we’ve grown into America’s favorite gifting brand, with over 1,000 franchise locations, a world-class eCommerce function, and millions of customers every year.

Requirements:

• 4+ years experience in HR, working for Technology / Retail organizations; • Upper-intermediate English; • Excellent and proven organizational, verbal, written and communication, presentation skills; • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; • Knowledge of sourcing and recruitment techniques; • High level of emotional intelligence and empathy; • Knowledge and experience in HRIS;

Responsibilities:

• Closing different Technology and Retail positions (Middle/Senior Level) and participating in all stages of the recruiting process. • Taking part in the creation of HR policy and monitoring of implementation; • Perform all procedures related to employees’ onboarding, retention, talent management & employee engagement programs; • Organizing onboarding and support during the trial period (first day, first week, first month); • Explaining company policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees; • Strategize and implement performance management program(s); • Employee’s mood monitoring (conducting 1-to-1 meetings & providing action plans). Staff risks & value assessments; • Employee offboarding, conducting an exit interview and giving feedback; • Help with strengthening the employer brand of the company by digital channels; • Plan and organize participation in external events (conferences, workshops, job fairs, etc.), including helping, organize the participation of our speakers at external thematic events in order to promote the employer’s brand;
