Responsibilities:

We consider candidates without experience. We provide training, have a special onboarding for this specialization, with its help you get all the knowledges you need for this job.

- Monitor the freelancers site job feed over Ukraine business hours
- Fast reacting on relevant job appearance and writing the letters to relevant job posts according to validation criterias
- Develop new approaches and experiments on how to boost reply rate and gain more new customers from platform
- Handle text communication between potential customer and our tech team
- Take ownership on reply rate conversions
- Gathering and analyze the statistics

Requirements:

- Open mind, empathy and curiosity are your advantages
- You have attention to details and ability to hyperfocus
- Writing English Intermediate+
- Previous experience in IT, QA, Sales, Marketing, Lead Generation, Account Management, HR, Content Creation would be a plus
