Customer Care Representative ( Avia products)

Easylinkz Limited - technology Provider, developing IT solutions for travel industry.

We are looking for Customer care specialist 24/7 for post-sale support avia  products - airline tickets reissue/refunds voluntary/involuntary, ancillaries, etc.

Working Conditions:

• Day/night shifts.
• 24/7 hr schedules available
• Young and friendly staff
• A work place in comfortable office and with energized team.

Requirements:

• GDS knowledge Sabre, Amadeus, Airlines direct access work experience
• English, Russian, Ukrainian languages
• Desire to work in a team environment and be a team player.

Job Functions:

•  Daily communication with customers, Airlines
• CRM accounting programs, reports
• Coordination and applying to certain schedules
• Other duties as required by business needs or as assigned.
