Marketing Manager

The rapidly expanding team includes more than 500+ highly-skilled tech- and non-technical experts: front- and back-end developers, BA specialists and managers who create, localize and customize applications at 8 offices: in Kyiv, Zhytomyr and Vinnytsia (Ukraine), Tallinn (Estonia), Saint John (Canada), and Bridgewater, NJ (USA).

Key responsibilities:

• Drive the vision and delivery of new services within the solution
• Develop and implement a marketing strategy
• Determine product pricing
• Create product roadmap (together with Product owner)
• Maintain product features to drive business goals
• Develop Brand content
• Define customer needs and transform them into the business tasks
• Drive customer engagement across digital channels
• Maintain cross-team communication to ensure the product alignment with business & customers' needs

Required skills & knowledge:

• 2+ years of working experience as Marketing Manager in a digital agency or in the IT sphere
• Experience in developing a marketing strategy and its implementation for digital and IT products
• Experience in managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
• Excellent communication and customer-oriented skills
• Skilled at working effectively with large organizations in an international 
• environment (preferably with USA or EU market)
• Understanding of digital marketing principles and communication channels
• Project management and marketing/digital campaign coordination and planning experience
• Proactive and open-minded, with the ability to constantly learn and develop
• Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
• Sensitive to deadlines
• Fluent English (additional language is a plus)
• Solid understanding of the Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel)
• Work experience with project planning tools (Jira or similar)

Will be considered as a competitive advantage:

• Work experience with Hubspot
• Understanding of Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud
