The Job:

Interested in influencing strategy and driving change at an international migration company? Migratio is seeking a talented and committed Digital Marketing Manager to help further our mission.

Your experience

The successful candidate has experience in creating and implementing marketing strategy in agency or in-house as a part of a marketing department in a company. Experience with HNWI audience is a must.

You will be responsible for budgeting, finding the best solutions for all international branches to deliver the best performance.

Job Summary:

Migratio seeks a creative, data-driven, and results-oriented person with a true entrepreneurial spirit to build a marketing and communications department and oversee the strategy, implementation, and management of the company’s marketing, public relations, and communication.

In this fast-paced role and through proven project management techniques, the Digital Marketing Manager will develop and run the daily functions of the marketing department, with significant hands-on contributions.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Demonstrable experience and results in the described job functions with HNWI audience.
  • At least 2 years’ experience with a proven track record in marketing and/or communications, with expertise in market research and digital marketing.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Experience in managing paid search, social media, influence marketing, SEO
  • Ability to build and manage a freelance or in-house team in a short period of time to implement a marketing strategy
  • Ability to develop, manage and implement strategy and plans, and measure and demonstrate specific outcomes and results.
  • High competence in developing KPIs, using Google analytics and other performance measurements.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and story-telling skills, through print, digital and video communications.
  • A high level of knowledge and application of a wide range of marketing and sales techniques and concepts, including Google AdWords, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, print media, business
