SELECT* is a professional team of recruiting specialists who are searching talents in Ukraine, Europe, and the USA. Currently, we are looking for a Recruitment Agency Director for one of our clients.

Due to the diversification of the business, the multi-profile group of companies opens up a new direction. It was decided to launch a recruitment agency which will specialize in hiring blue-collar staff for jobs in Europe.

The project’s purpose is to build this direction from scratch, form a full-fledged recruiting agency with positive financial results after a certain period of time.

The potential candidate will subsequently be considered as the head of this agency with the functions and / or proposal for a business partnership.
 

ABOUT THE POSITION

Building from scratch and forming of a full-fledged recruiting agency with positive financial results after a certain period of time.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Development and implementation of a business model and company structure in the Eastern Europe region;
  • Development and implementation of procedures, business processes, instructions, work standards and motivation schemes for recruiters;
  • Recruiting team formation and onboarding;
  • Personnel development, control, motivation and training;
  • Selection and implementation of ATS and analytical tools to automate recruiting processes;
  • Conducting meetings and negotiations with clients on new or current contracts;
  • Search for clients and selection of vacancies;
  • Providing full documentary support of clients from the conclusion of the contract, to obtaining a visa and leaving for work.

REQUIREMENTS

  • General work experience in HR field for at least 5 years;
  • Experience in building a recruiting function in a company
  • Experience of building a recruiting agency will be a great advantage;
  • Experience and understanding of approaches to mass recruitment and selection of blue-collar staff;
  • Excellent knowledge of office programs, CRM systems;
  • Great communication skills, flexibility and result-oriented;
  • English - upper intermediate.
