Demand Planner

MAIN TASKS IN THE JOB: 

• Leading of S&OP process;
• Preparing manufacturing plans / schedules for all products;
• Generate enrich and validate NSO demand  plans with all stakeholders
• Track the operational performance against major reference parameters like demand plan, RoFo, AOP and financial outlook, and take corrective actions
• To plan and facilitate product introductions in the country market (with Marketing Manager) and provide the information to Sales Staff. Manage logistically phase in – phase out process
• Monitoring and developing plants and suppliers to ensure all instructions are met daily in full and all transactions in  the systems are up to date and in line with promised dates 
• Monitor results and KPI`s – analyze the root cause and define and implement improvement activities.
• Monitor inventories ( excessive, slow  moving and obsolete stock) and control effectiveness of corrective actions
• Manage exception report and availability alerts in the systems
• Do Masterdata maintenance

REQUIREMENTS:

Education:                   

• Bachelor of Science graduate in business/economics;                                                                                                                                              

Experience:                                                              

• Experience with SAP is essential
• At least 3 years experience in Sales, Planning or Finance department
• Experience in Sales Planning and Analysis, Budget planning    

 Knowledge:             

• Fluent English
• presentation skills
• MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook, MS Project
