DESCRIPTION

For over 35 years, our client has been a family-owned financial institution based in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and has built its legacy on personal service, flexibility, strength, and integrity. This is a greenfield project aiming to deliver the Crypto Trading platform that enables our client’s customers to simultaneously manage both bank and crypto accounts when moving between digital assets and fiat currencies using mobile devices.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work in a team of SAs: split work, take responsibility of an area, share results, collaborate
• Close cooperation with the client stakeholders to extract/clarify business and technical requirements
• Design of technical solutions and aligning them with the client
• Produce appropriate architecture artifacts and deliverables
• Identify dependencies, create work breakdown, estimations and road maps
• Apply governance during the implementation

REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years’ experience in AWS (serverless, storage, networking, security, monitoring, etc.)
• 5+ years’ experience in Java
• Experience in designing highly available and scalable solutions in AWS
• Expertise in microservice architecture and its supporting technologies
• Experience in modeling/development of relational and non-relational data storages, including multitenant storages
• Team player
• Good communication skills, including an easy way to build connections to both client contacts and team
• Being able to actively negotiate with the client, keeping a healthy balance between EPAM and client interests
• Ability to pitch solution directly to a client
• Upper-Intermediate or higher English level, both spoken and written (B2+)

• Understanding of Core Banking capabilities and Open Banking 
• Understanding of cryptocurrency trading concepts
