Billing Operations Specialist

We are expanding our Operations team, looking for well-rounded problem solvers to manage billing data management. The ideal candidate is technical in nature, detail-oriented and can look beyond the current process to identify opportunities to improve efficiency. Training will be provided.

Job Responsibilities Include:

• 
  Processing of customer billing data to the MobilityCentral platform. 
• Organizing and scheduling of daily processing tasks for over 500 customer invoices.
• Management of automation vendors and services to ensure the efficient and secure delivery of customer data.
• Identification of data quality issues and working with internal engineering and carrier support teams through resolution.
• Working with customer success and implementation teams to establish carrier access for customers and to communicate any issues as they arise.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Strong organizational skills. 
• English - Fluent
• Experience with MySQL or similar utilities to support data validation tasks
• Experience with US-based wireless carriers and systems is a significant plus.
