DESCRIPTION

Currently, we are looking for a Senior Test Automation Engineer, the doer type, hands-on, no team leading activities at this stage, staff augmentation.

Work hours - must be able to work until 4 PM Eastern time (23:00 Belarus or Ukraine time).

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Be the Quality Advocate on a cross-functional project team. This includes attending team meetings, advising quality processes, leading team quality activities
• Estimate, prioritize, and plan testing activities
• Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
• Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans, test strategies, and test cases
• Execute functional and non-functional tests
• Identify risks and escalate quality concerns to senior staff\management
• Identify solutions to non-standard requests and problems
• Execute automated tests (including analyzing logs and reviewing failures)
• Actively participate in requirements reviews, gain an understanding of functional specifications and provide feedback on documentation
• Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies
• Collaborate on learnings and best practices with test team members

REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years’ experience in software test automation (Java or JS)
• Proficiency in Java
• Experience in manual testing
• Expertise in JS test automation
• Ability to be a team player 
• Good collaboration and communication skills
• Upper-Intermediate or higher English level, both spoken and written (B2+)
