Sales Analyst

Key Responsibilities: 

1. Support Senior Sales Analyst;
2. Prepare various reports and presentations for Sales Department based on information that should be analyzed previously;
3. Maintain a process of timely reports creation;
4. Collect, update and manage information from internal and external customers using database applications; 
5. Analyze statistical and historical data and make relevant forecasts; 
6. Arrange and participate in meetings, and project team activities;
7. Fulfill other job related tasks required by management to maximize business results. 

Requirements: 

• Higher education;
• At least 1 year as Junior Analyst or related experience in administrative/support functions;
• Advanced PC user (MS Office): strong knowledge of MS Excel (pivots, functions, charts) and Power Point, basic knowledge of MS Access (Tables, Views, Queries);
• English level: Intermediate. 

Will be a plus: 

• Experience with BI analytical tools: Qlik / Power BI;
• MS Excel: VBA | Power Pivots and Power Query | DAX.
