What we are looking for:

• Full Higher Education
• Experience in recruiting 1-2 year+
• Experience in full lifecycle recruiting, preferably in IT industry
• Proficiency in direct search techniques
• Great verbal and written communicative skills
• High performance and result-orientation
• English skills, intermediate +

What you’ll do:

• Direct search and selection of candidates
• Interviews organization and conducting
• Monitoring and analysis of labor market
• Participation in HR tasks and projects
