DESCRIPTION

Currently, we are looking for an Experience Designer to work in a team of 10 people, that consists of: Delivery Manager, .NET Engineer, Key .NET Engineer, Key UX Designer, UX Designer, UX Designer, Key Front-end Engineer, Front-end Engineer, Business Analyst, Test Automation Engineer.

Technologies used on the project: ASP.NET Core, ASP.NET Web API, React, Redux, TypeScript, Material design, responsive web design.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Follow the context and keep yourself up-to-date with domain-specific knowledge
• Collect, manage and clarify the requirements from the product owners and BA
• Participate in task-analysis and workflow definition
• Take part in discovery and research activities like user-interviews, heuristic evaluation or competitor-review
• Be aware of the patterns best-practices and prepare the improvements for the user experience
• Prepare wireframes and mid-fidelity prototypes of the solution
• Validate the hypotheses and assumptions with the power-users and stakeholders
• Present the ideas/concepts and pitch them to stakeholders or product owners
• Participate in feasibility-review sessions with front-end developers and archtects
• Create hi-fidelity pixel-perfect specifications for development team
• Follow the direction provided by the design lead or architect
• Maintain the consistency of the UX and participate in development of the UI-component library
• Participate in design-adjacent ceremonies of the development team, like standup, grooming, refinement, demo
• Perform the design QA reviews at corresponding phase of the development flow and suggest the bug-fixes
• Support the UX and design documentation for the project
• Work as an integral part of the design team by sharing statuses and blockers and maintaining the workload transparency

 REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ year’ experience in Experience Design
• Upper-Intermediate or higher English level, both spoken and written (B2+)
