Staffing Coordinator (Business Analysis Unit)

Currently we are looking for a BA Staffing Coordinator who will be responsible for overseeing workforce planning.

REQUIREMENTS

• 1+ year of experience in IT or IT-recruitment
• IT Project/Resource Management experience would be a big plus
• Creative approach
• Demonstrated skills in client relationship management
• Understanding of modern IT landscape would be a plus - major technology stacks, programming languages, and frameworks
• Outstanding presentation and communication skills (oral and written), ability to adapt delivery style and language to suit the audience
• Ability to present complex issues and solutions to mixed audiences, where necessary resolving conflict and complexity by delivering practical and agile solutions
• Self-motivation to take ownership of issues and initiatives
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work closely with BA managers in order to help with BA staffing 
• Contact BA candidates and Project/Delivery managers to set up BA interviews based on BA RM requests 
• Propose candidates in staffing portal 
• Track project interview statuses and feedback providing 
• Provide updates on positions without candidates 
• Create reports on BA demand
