Sales Assistant

Our company is looking for a talented professional to join our sales team at our Kharkiv office (or remote)
This role requires active collaboration and completion of tasks in a timely manner  As an Executive Assistant you will take an active part in teamwork planning and reporting activities. The preparation and delivery of the expected PowerPoint presentations and other deliverables have to be in a swift and professional manner.
As the business demands change and new issues arise, you need to be flexible and able to adjust on the fly.
We expect you to craft high-quality executive presentations and excel sheets that will be used for business process standardizations and digital transformation. We need your exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills to structure complex tasks.
*Requirements*
Proficiency in English
Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel 
Proficiency in Microsoft Visio is nice to have
Strong presentation and data visualization skills, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Visio;
Task switching ability
Able to schedule meetings online.
Able to deliver on time
