Restaurants in the USA and Canada are spending billions of dollars on digital transformation every year. McDonald's alone has spent $1bn in 2019 on digital ordering solutions.


This position is open to join Pragmatic Hospitality, ORTY’s subsidiary focused on servicing large enterprise customers. Join our highly experienced sales team to offer best-in-class software development services to our customers in North America.


Requirements:

  • Fluent English;
  • Have a sound understanding of lead generation;
  • Understanding of a sales pipeline;
  • Can communicate clearly both verbally & in writing;
  • Growth hacker mindset;
  • Solid understanding of modern B2B software (HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Trello, etc.);
  • Ability to convey technical concepts to customers of all technical backgrounds;
  • Ability to prioritize tasks;
  • Ability to work independently without supervision.

Responsibilities:

  • Building target lists of prospects using various tools like LinkedIn, contact databases, social networks, site visitor tracking tools, etc.;
  • Account mapping, customer research;
  • Communicating with prospects (email, LinkedIn, social outreach, follow-up calls, drip campaigns);
  • Qualification of prospects, making sure that they fit;
  • Transferring qualified leads and scheduling Sales Discovery Calls / Demo Sessions for Sales Team / Account Executives;
  • Working with CRM / updating accounts/contacts / leads;
  • Hold written communication with potential clients and gather information about their needs;
  • Follow up with current and prospective customers via phone or email;
  • Update and maintain company database of leads and manage lead tracking in CRM;
  • Run mass email campaigns, social media outreach.

The ideal candidate would:

  • Previous experience in lead generation/prospecting in an IT company (1-2 years);
  • Experience working with CRM;
  • Experience calling prospects, having small talk/maintaining discussion;
  • Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator;
  • Previous work experience with Clutch, GoodFirms, etc.
