User Acquisition Marketing Manager

We're looking for someone to join our UA and Marketing team who can wear more than one hat in our growth efforts. We have a Match 3 game and a decorating game that targets primarily a female audience.

Qualifications:
We're looking for someone with work experience in one or more of the following areas:
1+ years experience in one or more of the following
- BA/BS degree or equivalent
- UA focusing on games (especially free to play)
- Digital Marketing in any IT related field.
- Game Data Analyst
- Lead generation and/or user acquisition on the Facebook and/or Google ad platforms.
- Passionate about games
- Extremely detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated and self-directed
- Experience in data analysis on mobile games and/or apps
- Experience with Facebook Ads Manager and Google UAC
- Strong familiarity with marketing in both iOS and Android ecosystems

Job Description:
Your responsibilities will include :
- Plan, execute, and analyze user acquisition campaigns on Facebook and Google UAC.
- Track and analyze ROAS on campaigns and work with the product team to improve results.
- Collaborate with product and artist/animator teams to generate new ad creatives
- Combine tentpole plans with new campaigns to evolve ad campaigns strategy and tactics
