Head of Office / Chief Executive Officer

We are a team of Baker Tilly Ukraine Accounting Services - a company providing services in the field of accounting and advisory, looking for a Head of Office / Chief Executive Officer for our client's company in Khmelnitsky (Smart home and IoT).

Responsibilities

• employees management
• office run management
• leading office HR (personnel records and payroll is outsourced)
• maintaining the company budget and financial report to group management
• communicating with associated agencies
• leading the communication with key customers
• maintaining the cooperation with key customers
• performance reporting to company owner and management
• accomplishing of performance targets
• reporting of sales activities, market trends, threats, and solutions
• working in compliance with Witty Trade‘s sales policy

Competences

• establishment of cooperation with customers
• adjusting the sales strategy
• communicate with 3rd parties related to services of office management
• co-creation of sales support strategy
• English – Advanced  
• experience in IT sphere will be an advantage 

Duties

• follow the set work procedures
• continuously monitor and report on a weekly basis the current state of fulfillment of business goals, incl. goals for the following time period
• actively participate in the preparation, implementation, and reporting of marketing campaigns
• approach duties responsibly
• carry out further assignments from superiors
• maintaining communication with key customers and company management in English
