Allset is looking for a Business Development Representative to bring the best restaurants and coffee shops to Allset’s platform.
What You’ll Do
• Identify, contact, and qualify the most important merchants and their decision-makers in your market;
• High volume outreach and emailing to access decision-makers;
• Connect with decision-makers and build relationships with them based on your clients’ extensive research;
• Set up demonstrations and negotiate terms that forward the interests of both Allset and our merchant prospects;
• Become an expert in identifying challenges that restaurant owners face, and help them solve these challenges using Allset platform;
• Refine sales messaging, prospecting, qualifying, and closing techniques;
• Build a pipeline of qualified leads and drive the full sales cycle to attain new business from merchants;
• Collect feedback from our existing and potential restaurant partners to identify how these insights may impact the business development strategy;
• Identify opportunities and recognize additional revenue potential, including multi-product opportunities;
• Working hours from 3 pm till 12 pm Kyiv time.
What You’ll Need
• 2+ year of sales experience for the US market
• An advanced or native-speaker level of fluency in written and oral English
• Experience in the restaurant industry would be an advantage
• Successful background in B2B sales, sales experience in a technology-oriented field
• Experience with HubSpot or any CRM system (a huge plus)
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly frame a value proposition, probe for objections, remove obstacles and eliminate barriers to gain commitment
• Extraordinary listening, verbal, and written skills; you’ll be using your client-facing vantage point to identify and contribute best practices for customer success and the business
• Willingness to hustle, roll-up sleeves, and get in the weeds with our highest value partners in order to hit assigned quota
• Ability to think strategically and analyze restaurant needs to both unlock opportunities and creatively problem-solve
• High-growth or early-stage startup experience is a plus.
• Team player with a strong sense of ownership and “get things done” attitude.
