SvitSoft is actively developing and new projects are constantly increasing.
Therefore we are looking for a IT Researcher/Junior IT Recruiter to join the Kyiv team (or remote) on a full-time basis.
What will you do?
You will have the opportunity to learn about the full recruitment process for IT positions and take responsibility for selected recruitment projects, i.e. collecting and analyzing the needs of hiring managers, designing strategies for acquiring suitable candidates, active sourcing, reporting
You will have the chance to participate in internal employer branding projects and activities
We are also curious about your ideas on how to reach the right candidates - what sources and tools can be used
What do we expect?
A little bit of experience in the recruitment field like an internship or courses
Curiosity and willingness to learn about the IT specialists' market - what are the expectations of the candidates, what are the challenges and how to react to the rapidly changing reality
Business maturity and high personal culture - a recruiter is the candidate's 'first contact' with the company and we want you to be able to build a positive candidate experience
The ability to establish partnerships and effective relationships with our hiring managers is also important
Good command of the English language
