Job Description:
- Benefits' design and set up in all locations that company operates (Germany, Ukraine, Poland, Moldova)
- Design and establishment of policies and workflows to set up benefits in each location with minimizing resources and full automation of each process
- Calculating what the cost to the company is for each benefit offered and ensure the effectiveness of each benefit
- Creation attractive communications and ensure that employees know what benefits are offered by the company
- Assistance employees with the enrollment process for the pension schemes, insurances, and so on
- Answering any questions employees have about their benefits
- Communication with insurance and other providers to resolve issues
- Conduction presentations that educate employees about their benefits
- Creation and management of the company`s benefits spaces like internal Wiki
- Informing employees about any changes to the benefits structure
- Ensuring the company's benefits comply with the law and market practice in each location (Germany, Ukraine, Poland, Moldova)
- Keeping up-to-date records of each employee's benefits profile.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Human Resources
- Experience working in Human Resources and benefits management for at least 3 years in international companies
- Strong computer literacy and experience with HRIS software
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly organized work ethic
