We are looking for an experienced Website & Social Content Manager to join our team. If you are attentive to details and love to manage website admin panels, youtube dashboards, building a system of texts, files and pictures, we want you in our team! You’ll be an online owner of our growing list of 300+ products in 15+ categories, 2 websites in 7 languages.

As a Website Content Manager, you will be responsible for making our websites shine and all the content - correctly displayed.

As a Social Accounts Manager, you will upload files to YouTube, adding titles, descriptions, embedding videos to the product pages.

Responsibilities:

• Data checkup and data entry - lots of technical specs of products
• Following a product launch plan and a content plan
• Proofreading, editing mistakes in English and Russian
• Uploading and managing on-site images, PDF's, drivers and other specific files
• Uploading YouTube videos, adding/editing descriptions, embedding into websites
• Building up a system of files and folders, pages and sub-pages

Requirements:

• Fluent English and Russian with basic copywriting/editing skills
• Experience with data entry on a high level (online shops and e-commerce projects preferred)
• WordPress skills - high-level expertise
• YouTube skills - ability to upload and edit descriptions, arrange playlists, embed videos to a website correctly
• Excel / Google Sheets - basics
• HTML - basics, ability to recognize texts between tags, etc
• Patience, very high level of attention to small details
