Marketing Project Manager

 
We are looking for a digital-first, passionate and dynamic professional to join our cosmopolitan Team as a MARKETING MANAGER for T-LAB Professional Brand tlabprofessional.com and private label projects in the field of natural professional cosmetics, eco-friendly home care products, and sustainable packaging.

 We are looking for a person, who loves his/her job, doing the following and beyond:
 
 

• Plan and coordinate production of high-impact content (photo, video, texts, presentations, POS materials) in accordance to the Brands ‘tone of voice’;
• Build on product messaging that sets new products apart from others in the market to give them a unique selling point;
• Review inventory levels and ensure product sell-out through marketing campaigns internally and externally;
• Agree on a timeline for the development of new products, create products marketing positioning and visual concept;
• Communicate Brand’s strategic overall goals and objectives across all social media platforms.

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Economics, Communications or other relevant field;
• 1+ years of proven digital experience in marketing or communications; project management experience would be a benefit;
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English. Working proficiency level of Russian language;
• Attention to details, initiative and responsible attitude towards tasks realisation;
• Excellent presentation skills;
• Outstanding creative mind and sense of elegant style;
• Analytical thinking, problem-solving skills and time-management skills.

Salary

700-1000 eur/mon. net
 Remuneration level depends on employee qualifications and his/her ability to manage Company's marketing projects independently within the field in cooperation with other Team members.
 
 Bonus system is available for positions that generate result, influencing an overall Company's business growth - tbd individually during interview.
