ICITAP Recruitment Coordinator

PAE is currently seeking a Ukrainian professional to join our team based in Kyiv, Ukraine, as a Recruitment Coordinator in support of the U.S. Department of Justice International Criminal Investigation Training Assistance Program (ICITAP). This individual will aid in all recruitment and candidate selection activities for the National Police of Ukraine.

Position requires full-time location within Kyiv, Ukraine, with occasional travel outside of the capital based on project needs. This vacancy announcement is to fill one position and resumes collected may be used to fill future vacancies with similar position descriptions.

Organization Overview

PAE is the prime contractor for the U.S. Department of Justice’s International Criminal Investigative Training Assistance Program. ICITAP has maintained a full-time presence in Ukraine since 2005 with the mission of developing the capacities of multiple Ukrainian law enforcement agencies. Following the 2014 change of government, ICITAP- Ukraine was instrumental in supporting Ukraine’s desire to deal with the corruption of the previous regime. Over the past decade, ICITAP has conducted more than twenty (20) law enforcement projects in Ukraine, including anti-corruption programs in a half-dozen ministries, cybersecurity efforts, and capacity-building infrastructure improvements. ICITAP has missions in 33 countries worldwide supporting law enforcement training and capacity building in Central America, Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and Pacific Asia.

Position description

• Plan, coordinate, and organize the recruitment and selection processes for partner law-enforcement agencies
• Provide expert and informational support for partner agencies and candidates at all stages of recruitment
• Analyze and process recruitment-related data, forecast recruitment needs and trends
• Draft terms of reference for the IT Team and test recruitment management software
• Oversee and control resources for various selection stages
• Maintain cooperation with the job web-sites

Position Requirements

• Intermediate English both written and spoken is mandatory
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Copywriting skills
• Experience with Google Analytics tools
• Critical thinking and commitment to result
• Ability to operate in conditions of limited resources
• Attention to details and multitasking skills
