Marketing Specialist (IRC115802)

GlobalLogic Ukraine is inviting a Marketing Specialist to join its Kyiv office.

We are looking for a person who successfully combines creativity with strong organizational and project management skills to do a lot of amazing things together. From ideation and procurement of various branded goods to orchestration of a full-cycle production of corporate videos and creative campaigns. Together with this professional, we will also do a variety of events – both online and offline.

This position involves quick learning and gaining diverse experience in one of the biggest and the most dynamic companies in Ukraine. This role is interesting and challenging enough and we are sure that you are ready to accept this challenge.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of proven experience in marketing, specifically in branded production;
• Strong project management and reporting skills;
• Ability to simultaneously manage a variety of complex tasks and meet the target of deadlines and high-quality standards;
• Experience in creative production – from ideation, project plan, and budgeting to actual execution and presenting of the results (video, creative campaigns, visual materials, etc);
• Experience in production of branded goods – from ideation and budgeting, to the management of full cycle of production and delivery;
• Experience in corporate procurement of goods and services, understanding of tendering and procurement workflows;
• Experience in the full cycle of event management – from planning and budgeting to on spot event management and reporting (both traditional offline events and online/remote events);
• Fluent English, good command of Ukrainian or Russian (both spoken and written);
• Creative mindset and intention to self-development and learning new things;
• Well structured and organized attitude to work; Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines;
• Ability to work both independently and as a part of a team;
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a challenging environment;
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  

Preferred:

• Knowledge of Oracle iProcurement (as a user) is a plus;

• Experience in event agency / creative agency;

Responsibilities:

• Management of company’s branded production: from ideation and planning to tendering, selection and procurement, from stock management to distribution of branded products inside the company; 
• Propose, develop and execute new ideas of branded production;
• Work with suppliers of marketing goods and services: from budgeting, tendering, and selection to day-to-day operations, including document workflow and paperwork (in close cooperation with finance and procurement departments);
• Full-cycle management of creative production that includes (but not limited to) branded video, digital and physical campaigns, visual materials, etc;
• Management of sponsored and company’s own events: from budgeting and planning to event execution and reporting;   
• Improve existing formats of company’s events and introduce new ideas into event planning and execution; 
• Management of paperwork and payments of the marketing department;
• Budget planning and management.
