Business Development Associate

Room 8 Studio is a fast-paced solutions provider for game industry leaders from all over the world, no matter the genre or platform is. We are looking for a Business Development Associate to bring new ideas and professional experience and help our professionals to grow.

Requirements:

• Familiarity of the fields of IT market / E-marketing and/or Game dev preferred;
• 2 years of client relations preferred;
• Advanced English level is a must;
• Working experience in corporate CRM or ERP systems;
• Comprehensive knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
• Excellent verbal, written skills supported by strong interpersonal skills;
• Highly organised with extreme attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
• Ability to work independently without supervision.

Responsibilities:

•  Develop, manage and forecast a sales acquisition pipeline with Senior BD manager;
• Searching for clients from the company's database and processing incoming requests;
• Periodically, instead of Senior BD manager, negotiating deal terms in accordance with corporate guidelines;
• Manage internal CRM reporting and activities daily basis;
• Develop viable leads through prospect qualification and analysis;
• In collaboration with the analysis team, research potential clients;
• Assist in the coordination of contract valuation and preparation;
• Coordinate contract renewal process;
• Other duties as assigned.
