Qualifications and experience:

• Expertise in troubleshooting hardware
• Administration of Linux (Ubuntu), Windows, macOS operation systems
• Understanding of system configuration (packages, installers)
• Awareness of how to use command line tools and how to use manuals
• Has basic knowledge and working experience in using of different network protocols like TCP/IP, UDP, HTTP, SMTP, SNMP, DNS, etc.
• Troubleshoots basic scripts.

Nice to have:

• Intermediate English
• Initiative, desire to learn something new

Key responsibilities:

• Work with inventory system;
• Perform an inventory of company equipment;
• Create/delete user accounts;
• Install and configure workstations;
• Resolve issues with PCs and Laptops;
• Support Workstations/Hardware/Software (600+) and online services ;
• Work with remote offices (Ukraine and the US)
