Analyst at UNIT.City investment office

UNIT.City is Ukraine’s first innovation park and part of UFuture holding company. UNIT.City brings together IT education, high-tech companies, R&D centers, startups and creative industries to advance Ukraine’s innovation and high-tech industry. The park is actively developing and expanding, launching new partnerships and investments. UNIT.City investment office cooperates with IFOs, DFIs, corporations, funds and individuals to structure debt/equity financing for construction of new campuses. Currently, we are looking for a candidate with a “can do” attitude to fill our full time Analyst position. Holding this post, the right candidate will get expertise in market analysis and key investment document preparation, and will be able to participate in full-cycle deals. 

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform research and analysis of market trends and companies 
• Collect, input, analyze data and structure documents 
• Produce pitch letters, investment presentations, teasers and memos
• Participate in due diligence, structure data rooms and respond to investors’ requests 
• Cooperate with other departments on gathering information and preparing reports 
• Participate in preparation of annual reporting documents for the IFOs and maintain compliance during the year as per the set of criteria
• Maintain and extend investment database

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Economics/Finance and keen interest of data analysis and investments 
• Working knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools (Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint/Adobe InDesign/Illustrator/Photoshop)
• Understanding of general document structure and strong writing skills 
• Advanced English is a must
• Experience performing various forms of online research
• Strong interpersonal skills, including communication skills
• Significant attention to details 
• Growth-mindset, ability to learn from mistakes and enhance problem-solving capability
• High standards of work quality and presentation
