Trainee Support Engineer (9875)

Infopulse Ukraine welcomes talented professionals to join our project as a Trainee Support Engineer in our Kyiv office. We are looking for a passionate and willing to study Trainee Support Engineer to be a part of our team on a full-time basis.

Areas of Responsibility

• To be a part of the team, which provides full cycle of IT support of employees' workplaces
• Workplaces' preparation (installation of operating systems (Windows 8-10, Linux, Mac OS, Microsoft Office 2013 — 2016) configuration of software)
• Maintenance of hardware
• Solution of a wide range of incidents and problems

Qualifications

• Good level of knowledge in installing, configuring, addressing incidents connected with desktop operating systems Windows, Linux, Mac OS
• Knowledge of setting up and changing hardware configurations, workstations and laptops
• Knowledge of operations of Ethernet networks
• Responsibility and a willingness to work under heavy load
• Willingness to work with people, good communication skills (written and oral)
