Technical writer/Business Analyst

CanSolveIt is a consulting company that provides services on change management and business process optimization. We work with leading actors in the construction and energy industry internationally, primarily in the North American market. Right now, we expand our team and are looking for a Technical Writer/Business Analyst.

As a Technical Writer/Business Analyst, you will develop and support the technical and product documentation for our company and customers. We are looking for an experienced person who would work with us long-term.

What we expect from the ideal employee 

• Autonomously producing high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience.
• Creation of training materials for users and admins (manuals, flow charts, PowerPoint presentations).
• Writing documentation for ongoing projects (technical infrastructure, architecture, technical setup, business logic, business process etc.).
• Documentation of scope of work for vendors and internal team based on the clients’ requirements.
• Development of templates for future use on projects.
• Daily communication with project teams and the client.

Will be a plus: 

• Ability to ask the right questions.
• Experience working with Smartsheet, AWS (Amazon Web Services), Office 365, integration projects.

Your skills and competencies 

• Advanced communication and writing skills: Ukrainian and English is a must, Russian as a bonus.
• Experience in writing technical documentation for software (2+ years).
• Strong analytical and structured thinking skills.
• Ability to produce visually attractive materials.
• Experience in preparation of PowerPoint presentations.
• Ability to deliver high-quality documentation paying attention to detail.
