IT recruiter
On behalf of our client to a big Israeli gaming company we are looking for skilled active IT recruiters ( middle - senior levels)
What you will do:
Recruit: You will be in charge of the full life-cycle recruitment from the understanding of vacancy’s requirements, sourcing of candidates, pro-active search, networking, interviewing candidates to negotiating potential offers;
Analyze: Keep an eye on the IT job market, conducting regular reviews and analysis of key figures and trends;
Cooperate: Work closely with different departments, including project management, talent marketing, and others.
Your skills and competencies:
Minimum 3 years of experience in recruiting;
Good knowledge of different recruitment practices and interviewing processes;
Excellent networking skills, strong skills in communication, presentation, and negotiation;
At least Upper-Intermediate level of English;
Background in IT.
