Sales Director

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or other related fields.
- +10 years of experience in different sales roles especially in distributor channel in FMCG companies
- Leadership skills
- Strong problem-solving
- Stronger communication skills and ability to work with a variety of people
- Talent management
- English – fluent
Functions
- Lead to Regional Sales Managers and Local Key Account Sales Managers
- Responsible for the channel’s annual sales & financial targets
- Responsible for communication and relationship building with Distributors across Ukraine
- Identify issues, establish route to market agenda principles in Traditional sales channel across Ukraine
- Responsible for major Local Key Account’s sales performance and development
- Responsible for monitoring of receivables from distributors
- Cooperate with Trade Marketing and Marketing; recommend campaigns and involve the joint decision process
- Lead and execute Trade Marketing and Marketing programs in the channels, monitor and report the results
- Ensure effective monitoring and measurement of sales and competitor activities against business performance targets
- Ensure critical disciplines and best determined practice guidelines, standards and templates for sales delivery
- Assess capability gaps and build regions’ sales capability by:
- Providing functional leadership
- Creating a culture of continuous organisational and people development
- Developing and implementing appropriate frameworks and tools for the regions
- Developing and executing training and development activities
- Facilitating continuous learning and development
