Overview:

Filling 2 full time positions as an experienced and detail orientated social media assistant / coordinator.

Compensation is DOE. This is a full-time, working remote. 

Are you super awesome, energetic, outgoing, highly motivated, creative, friendly, intelligent, neat, detail-oriented, funny, and mature recent college graduate for the dynamic role as a Social Media Coordinator and Assistant?  

This rock star will perform a wide range of duties in a fast-moving and dynamic culture.

Must be a creative,  tech-savvy, resourceful member of our marketing team, working closely with the company owners and the sales field to improve our western based clients branding and conversions.

  • Brainstorm campaigns.

  • Communicate with creative team for assets

  • Create and execute approved campaigns 

  • Increase engagement using videos and motion graphics (for all type of social platforms and features)

  • Use analytics tools to gauge the success of campaigns.

  • Research industry innovations and tools.

  • Update posts to include relevant keywords for search engine optimization.

  • Prepare reports on campaigns based on analytics.

  • Be attuned to product launches, marketing campaigns and current sales strategies

  • Work closely with executives, internal team and sales leaders to ensure consistency and accurate follow-through for events and videos

  • Collaborate with team to develop new strategies and campaigns via social media, zoom, web and email

  • Suggest new ways to improve attendance and engagement, like promotions, polls, etc.

  • All traffic is based on United States and Canada

Responsibilities:

  • Understand each individual client's brand and what it takes to convert.  Based on their goals and executing social media strategy tailored to meet their specifics across multiple social platforms.

  • Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization

  • Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics

  • Analyzing performance data and provide actionable feedback to the campaign specialist to ensure client success

  • Collaborating internal teams in tech, creative, community and administration to ensure continuity across all aspects of marketing campaigns

  • Engaging in active listening to start conversations with potential perspectives and customers

  • Asset Assignment :  from our creative to make images, gifs and videos 

  • Asset Creation: of copy, for images and subsequent content used in our social media platforms.

  • Schedule social media posts in our social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn, TikTok...as far in advance as possible. This includes the scheduling of article links, graphics, video teasers, Dr. Group content, any requested content, etc.

  • Influencers: Engaging with influencer comments after they post. You will also need to share their content.

  • Moderation: This includes responding to all direct messages, comments, emails, and influencer posts. 

  • Outreach by Organic versus Advertising Opportunities specific to only U.S. based geographic and demographics for 

    • Facebook Page

    • Facebook Group

    • Instagram

    • Pinterest

    • LinkedIn

    • Twitter

    • TickTok

  • Submit input for weekly and monthly reports for clients 

  • Stay up-to-date with new digital technologies and social media best practices

Requirements

  • Understanding of SEO and Semrush 

  • Team player

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English 

  • Good organizational and time-management skills

  • Great interpersonal and communication skills

  • An ability to identify target audience preferences and build content to meet them

  • Possesses creativity, analytical skills and takes the initiative;

  • Experience using analytical tools, like Google Analytics

  • Thorough understanding of social media metrics, digital analytics, and ability to generate, analyze and interpret data;

  • Ability to work independently with minimal direction, while also functioning and contributing as a member of a team;

  • A willingness to understand, incorporate, follow and illustrate the company's branded guidelines;

  • Portfolio of current or past Social Media Management and/or Strategy work
