Recruiter

We are an American-based company with more than 10 years of experience in Logistics and Transportation in the USA, looking for a Recruiter to join our Lviv office team.

Responsibilities:


• Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline;
• Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone and video calls screenings;
• Take ownership of candidate experience by designing and managing job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements;
• Perform reference checks as need;
• Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms;
• Manage onboarding and new hire process;
• Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices;
• Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process;
• Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations;


Minimum requirements:

- Upper-Intermediate and higher English level is required;
- Strong organizational skills with attention to details;
- Proactive and result-oriented person;
- Recruiting specialization, courses or experience would be a +;
- Ability to work in a multitasking environment;
- Positive thinking and an open-minded attitude are very welcome;
