As a Customer Support Manager you will:
- Communicate and consult customers (mails, calls, chats);
- Fill out customer cards in the CPM database;
- Feedback customers on the bike's logistics;
- Communicate with partner departments for information;
- Work under the agreed shifts (mostly night shifts);
- Enjoy speaking a lot in English)
What we need from you:
- 2+ years of experience in customer support service;
- Experience providing remote support for customers;
- Excellent communication skills, pro-activity and positive attitude;
- Attention to details, results-oriented;
- Good English (at least upper-intermediate);
- You see an opportunity to show your superpowers in problem solving and conflict resolution.
