Customer Support Manager (US market)

As a Customer Support Manager you will:

• Communicate and consult customers (mails, calls, chats);
• Fill out customer cards in the CPM database;
• Feedback customers on the bike's logistics;
• Communicate with partner departments for information;
• Work under the agreed shifts (mostly night shifts);
• Enjoy speaking a lot in English)

What we need from you:

• 2+ years of experience in customer support service;
• Experience providing remote support for customers;
• Excellent communication skills, pro-activity and positive attitude;
• Attention to details, results-oriented;
• Good English (at least upper-intermediate);
• You see an opportunity to show your superpowers in problem solving and conflict resolution.
