Ruby on Rails Engineer

Why and who?
We are looking for an expert in Ruby development, the One with a desire to grow, who can’t live without constant improvements and learning. We need an Engineer with good communication and organization skills.

About you in a couple of rows:

Strong software design mentality
Are comfortable working with Ruby and Rails
Fluent with test frameworks (we use RSpec)
Proficient in relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL
Have experience creating and consuming web services and APIs
Confident with debugging and performance optimization;
You understand the necessity of creating maintainable code. Tests help, but they’re not enough;
Comfortable with self-code-reviewing and refactoring.
You feel comfortable in talking with people (yep, customers included), so English is needed

Would be a plus if:
You are not afraid of new technologies — Elixir, for instance;
You have opensource activity or experience mentoring others;
Well-grounded Redis user;
You are proactive. We love talking and working with people who come ahead and proposes their own ideas
