Junior Lawyer

Main requirements

• 1+ years of professional experience 
• Strong knowledge (both theoretical and practical) of Ukrainian civil, corporate, commercial, IP and tax law
• Fluent English (including legal drafting) 
• Good writing and editing skills in English, Ukrainian and Russian
• Fast learner
• Attention to details and commitment to excellence
• Initiative and willingness to work on a broad variety of legal matters 
• Hard-working and well-organized

ADVANTAGES:

• Professional experience in IT, FinTech, Telecom or Media
• Experience in commercial contracts with foreign contracting parties

Functions

• Day-to-day legal support of company’s business under the supervision of Legal Adviser
• Drafting and reviewing of various documents necessary for the companies' day-to-day operations (applications, letters, powers of attorney, resolutions, forms etc.)
• Modification of existing agreements (software development agreements, lease agreements, etc.)
• Review, analysis, and preparation of contracts with contractors
• Conducting legal research on various legal matters
• Monitoring changes in legislation, updating the company on such changes, providing legal reviews 
• Working closely with the management and finance team
• Communication with service providers, consultants and clients from a variety of jurisdictions
