Agile Coach

A large international bank invites Agile Coach to its dynamically developing team.

Required skills:

• Work experience as an Agile Coach at least 3 years.
• Agile mindset and understanding of the Scrum framework scope of the framework; what are these or those artifacts, events, principles for.
• Shares the principles of Servant leadership and Management 3.0.
• Successful experience in nurturing self-organized, effective Agile teams.
• Experience in facilitating team and inter-team meetings, retrospectives.
• Understanding of engineering practices and successful experience of their use in the development process.
• Experience in using metrics.
• Ability to use the tools of systems thinking.
• Understanding the banking domain optional.
• Knowledge and experience of using Scrum scaling frameworks would be an advantage.
• Understanding and experience of using / implementing Kanban would be an advantage.

Duties:

• To systematically develop the potential of teams and development processes in the spirit of Continuous Improvement.
• Participate in the process of building the collection of metrics of team work, product quality in order to improve the efficiency of delivery.
• Ensure transparency of processes and artifacts, and adherence to the «rules of the game» of Scrum.
• Facilitate meetings and retrospectives.
• Promote the development of a culture of interaction, support, an atmosphere of trust and a win-win mindset between the development team,
• Product Owner and Stakeholders.
• Help teams remove obstacles that hinder development progress.
• Help the Product Owner select effective techniques and practices for managing the Product Backlog.
