We are expanding our HR team in Kharkiv and looking for an HR Manager to join our family:

Our ideal candidare has:

• — General knowledge and understanding of the Ukrainian IT market (experience 3+ years);
• — Solid verbal and written communication skills;
• — Strong attention to details;
• — Desire to develop and grow in technical sourcing;
• — Result-oriented, strong work ethic;
• — English at Intermediate level.

You will be responsible for:

• — Onboarding and adaptation processes;
• — 1on1 meetings;
• — Support in performance review (planning, organization, taking part       inprocess of the performance review meeting, writing feedback);
• — Problem solving;
• — Employer branding initiatives;
• — Offboarding, exit interview.
