Head of HoReCa Sales Department

Vacancy for the position of Head of HoReCa Department of  Ukraine

 We are looking for a candidate with more than 3 years of successful experience in a similar position in international FMCG companies or in the segment of the national restaurant business in positions similar to the position of “Business Development Manager”. With a good understanding of the HoReCa market: general market development trends, major players and their potential for our company.

Our potential candidate should have experience in developing and implementing a sales strategy, owns advanced methods and analysis tools, and knows marketing and statistical research tools. Has a successful experience of cooperation with the marketing department and brand ambassadors in the development and implementation of development strategies, including both quantitative indicators and components of the brand image.

Experience of working with people is important: building and developing a team, setting goals and motivation, monitoring performance indicators.
 
English proficiency at advanced level
Ready for business trips.

The future employee is responsible for the development, approval and implementation of the HoReCa channel development strategy, the implementation of channel sales plans and key parameters of the employees' activities.
