Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience within marketing (preferably for Tier 1 markets)
• Experience in market research and competitive analysis
• Experience in creating strong brand positioning
• Understand digital marketing and email fundamentals: CAN-SPAM requirements, segmentation, CR/OR/CTR, A/B testing
• Using a range of tools to analyze, test, and execute online marketing activities (Google and Facebook Analytics, Google Optimize, Hotjar, PowerBI, etc.)
• Intermediate or upper-intermediate English 
• Analytical mindset
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Self-starter attitude
• Creativity
• Adaptability

It will be a plus:

• Practical experience in PPC and other performance marketing channels 
• Previous experience in promoting new products (go-to-market strategy execution) 

Responsibilities: 

• Launch and manage marketing campaigns
• Find/develop creatives
• Сonversion rate optimization on our existing products
• Analyzing the results of work, making suggestions for improvement
• Take part in building marketing strategy
• Set up/create email chains and triggers
• Testing new sources of traffic
• Warm-up new domains
