IT Recruiter

For our Smart Team, we are looking for a driven, goal-oriented and easy-going person with working knowledge of English :) We can consider a candidate without experience in Recruitment but with fluent English.

Will be a plus:
- Previous experience in recruitment;
- Understanding of technologies in the IT Industry;
- Upper-Intermediate English;
- Result-oriented, responsible, attentive to details person;
- Team player with excellent communicational skills.

What YOU will DO:
- Source for suitable IT specialists and actively outreach them to ensure a pipeline to our clients;
- Guide applicants through all the stages of the screening process;
- Provide timely, accurate, and relevant feedback throughout the screening process;
- Innovate ways to build a talent pipeline and recruit in a variety of venues
- Create job descriptions, role profiles, and offer packages based on the position and client’s requirements
- Work on optimization of recruiting processes and practices
